What's the deal with shipping?

We strive to have your order processed and shipped within 5 business days. Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday only. Tracking is provided with every order once an item is fulfilled. International shipping rates will be calculated at checkout. Please be aware that during holidays, shipping may be delayed.

Frensville is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, or any packages that are held at customs. If you feel this has happened to you, we recommend tracking your item and reaching out to your local UPS or USPS post office. Unfortunately, once an order has left us, we are unable to control its whereabouts.

How can I track my order?

You will receive an order confirmation once you place an order to the email provided, containing the details of your order. When your order ships, you will get an additional email with your tracking number. If you have any other questions, please email us at hello@frensville.co.
